Property Description

We are delighted to offer The Post House, a luxury and very spacious 4-bedroomed property sleeping up to 8 people (plus cot). Situated in the upper village of Robin Hood's Bay, The Post House boasts 2 luxurious bathrooms, two lounges, private parking for 2 cars, an enclosed private garden and a wealth of extras to make your stay a memorable one.

The accommodation comprises:

  • Entrance into large hallway.
  • On the ground floor is the smaller of the 2 lounges with electric fire and large flat-screen TV with Sky TV. Ideal as a 'breakaway' lounge or a cosy retreat for all the family.
  • The spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a large cooking range incorporating a 4-ring hob and wok-burner, full-size electric fan oven and a further half-size electric oven. There is a tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space for your own provisions. The large oak dining table and chairs completes the room.
  • Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC and a separate laundry utility room with washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
  • Staircase leads up to an extensive first-floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a truly enormous lounge and games room.
  • Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with a beautiful, spacious and fully-tiled en suite comprising large shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rails.
  • Bedroom 2 is a double room with bedside cabinet, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging space.
  • Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a single bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, full-size wardrobe and TV.
  • Bedroom 4 has twin single beds with bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, hanging space and TV.
  • The large and modern family bathroom is fully tiled and has a full-size bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and a range of cabinets.
  • The second lounge is extraordinarily spacious and has 3 large sofas, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, full music system, WiFi Superfast Broadband, a Nintendo Wii and a selection of books and games.
  • Outside there is private parking for 2 cars and a fully enclosed private garden with patio furniture; perfect for al fresco dining or simply taking in the air.
