Falling Foss Tea Garden

Falling Foss Tea Garden

Falling Foss Tea Garden

Falling Foss is a delightful tea garden, gift shop and wedding venue set in the heart of Sneaton Forest. The tea garden is located in the grounds of Midge Hall, a delightful cottage that sits right next to Falling Foss waterfall.

The tea garden itself has a decidedly rustic, woodland feel and serves delicious food and drinks. It is staffed by the owner, Jack, and his friendly team who are extremely helpful and accommodating to your needs. The outside seating area is mostly covered so it is perfect for any weather and, with its play area and interesting puzzles and artefacts, you may find it difficult to leave. It is also completely pet friendly.

Surrounding the tea garden, there are miles of country walks suitable for the whole family and people of all different walking abilities. Why not take a leisurely stroll from Falling Foss to Littlebeck and see if you can find the hermit’s cave en route. This really is a fantastic location to explore with children or to go for a long relaxing dog walk.
