Hollington House is a charming 18th-century cottage nestled in a very quiet part of the village, yet just yards from the many cafes, restaurants, pubs and gift shops. It has just been refurbished to a high standard  and the result is a warm and inviting home that exudes charm and character. The comfortable ground-floor living space is open plan is open-plan. Unusually, there are 3 double bedrooms with the addition of a single bed in the spacious attic bedroom which allows for an extra person or for more flexible sleeping arrangements. There are also 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The house enjoys an open aspect to the front, giving lovely views over the rooftops and towards Bay Bank.
