This beautiful old fisherman’s cottage is situated in the heart of the old village of Robin Hood’s Bay, just two minutes from the beach. The cottage is full of character and has been recently modernised. It is furnished to a high standard and retains some lovely original features. A combi boiler provides central heating and instant hot water. Unusually for cottages of this size, the main bedroom is en suite. There is outside seating to the rear of the property and long distance sea and coastal views from the top floor.

Entrance: Into the hallway
Kitchen/Lounge: TV with Freeview, DVD and an inglenook fireplace with a gas stove. There is a dining table and chairs and a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen area comprises an electric cooker with double oven, hob, grill, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The large pantry houses a fridge/freezer and seperate drinks fridge.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom comprises a double bed and a single day-bed with storage underneath, a chest of drawers, dressing table and bedroom chair.
Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, wash basin and toilet.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. There is also ample hanging space and a bedroom chair.
En suite shower room: Large shower, wash basin and toilet.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Available for a minimum of 2 nights.
