What a wonderful team. Julie, Rosie and Josh continue to provide an excellent service to marketing and gaining bookings for our cottages. Their knowledge of the local area, network of tradespeople and ability to respond and resolve issues, is a huge benefit and sets and maintains a high standard of service. As an owner of cottages and living a distance away from Robin Hoods Bay, it means so much to have a responsive team to address our customers needs and to ensure every holiday is a special holiday.

The Warehouse
Our very first experience of Robin Hood’s Bay Holiday Cottages was as clients. We have been visiting the Bay for many years and had booked with lots of different people but found ourselves going back to Julie and the team time and time again as the service was always very good. When we purchased our own cottage, they were the first people we turned to in order to act as our agent. Our experience has always been great, the team are local and really know the area and have all the appropriate contacts to get things sorted out for us – whether that be any concerns our visitors have or assistance finding tradesmen for repair and maintenance work. The cottage is always presented on our behalf, to a high standard and this is reflected in the visitor book comments and repeat bookings we enjoy. We trust them implicitly and they have never let us (or our clients!) down.
Lisnacrieve
Lisnacrieve has been a family home for four generations. My husband and I set it up as a holiday cottage about 8 years ago and started with one of the bigger agents. 18 months ago, I sought Julie's help and immediately liked her straight-talking approach. With her family-run business, she and her team have really increased bookings and managed everything, not to mention all the little incidental jobs I need help with. They are always happy to offer advice and guidance. Most importantly, Julie talks to the guests, sorts out any of their teething issues on arrival and finds solutions, a fact sadly lacking with the bigger agents.
