    Step back in time with these two delightful apartments in the well-known and much-loved Ingleby House, located at the bottom of King Street in the dock area of the village and just 50 metres from the beach. The first of the apartments is The Studio, sleeping 2 adults and situated at the top of the house, affording unrivalled and breathtaking sea views. The price for The Studio is £90 per night.

    The apartment is all on one floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs.

    The accommodation has an olde worlde ambience and evokes a feeling of times past. The height of the apartment means that you see very little of the village itself so it's easy to imagine that you are actually out at sea.
     
    The Studio is open-plan and has a recessed king-size bed with one of three large velux windows above allowing you to star gaze on a clear night.
     
    The living area has an old tiled (but non-working) fireplace, a leather Chesterfield-style sofa and an antique leather captain's chair, both lending themselves to the galleon-like ambience. Adding a more modern tone, the Smart TV and WiFi provide all the in-house entertainment you will need. You would be forgiven for thinking that one of the windows is a photograph, the entire bay across to Ravenscar being so perfectly framed in it. The long window seat allows you to while away the time with arguably one of the best views in the village.
     
    For dining, the church pew bench and table provide another stunning view from a different angle, this one looking directly out to sea and reinforcing the feeling of being on a sailing ship. The small kitchenette is well-stocked for its size and provides guests with an electric cooker with 4-ring electric hob, a small under-counter fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, stainless steel sink & drainer and a good stock of crockery, cutlery and cookware. (Please note there is no microwave).
     
    The bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle with WC and washbasin.
     
    Towels and bed linen are provided.
     
    There is a spacious wardrobe with hanging space & shelves, hooks for outdoor wear and ample room for boots & shoes.
