As a result, we are always on the lookout for good quality holiday properties in lower or upper Bay, Fylingthorpe and countryside locations close by.
At 17%, we offer one of the lowest commission rates around. There is currently no VAT for you to pay either and, best of all, we don't charge a booking fee to our holidaymakers. This means that the price of our holidays are not artificially inflated and we can remain competitive in an aggressive and ever-expanding market.
We also believe it's right to offer a mix of styles, decor and qualities - from opulent to budget and from the traditional to the fabulously contemporary! All we ask is that your property is well-maintained and in a good state of cleanliness, repair and decoration. Although we are unable to offer a full management service, we can provide initial help in preparing your property to receive holiday guests and we can assist you in finding a cleaner/caretaker and a commercial laundry to manage your changeovers. In addition, we work very closely with trusted local tradespeople, gardeners and window-cleaners to ensure that everything will run smoothly and efficiently.
