Located on a quiet private road in upper Robin Hood's Bay, The Warehouse offers very stylish and contemporary accommodation coupled with excellent facilities and comfort. Unusually, the living space is all on the first floor with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. There are 2 delightful bedrooms, a shower room and a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The Warehouse has a parking permit for the upper village council car parks close by and 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome.

During peak times, whole week bookings for this property are Saturday - Saturday.


Entrance and Access

The Warehouse is located in the upper village of Robin Hood's Bay, just off Station Road. Access to the property is directly from the street.

Ground Floor

The beautiful heavy wood door opens into a spacious porch and a further door leads into the equally spacious carpeted hallway with bookcase and mirror. A short corridor leads to the other rooms on this floor. The master bedroom is neat and contemporary and comprises a metal-frame double bed with a pair of oak bedside cabinets with lamps and a large oak wardrobe with a roomy drawer beneath. A feature of this room is the unusual art-deco style stained glass window.
The second bedroom is of similar style and has 2 full-width metal-frame single beds, a central oak bedside tables with lamp and a large oak wardrobe.
The stylish bathroom has recently had a full re-fit and comprises an enclosed shower cubicle, WC and a large washbasin with a 2-drawer vanity unit below.

First Floor

A wide and shallow-tread staircase leads from the hall up to the first floor and opens out into an extremely spacious living area. Incorporating the whole dimensions of the building, this glorious space incorporates a lounge with wood flooring, 2 soft leather sofas, an oak sideboard and a nest of oak side tables. For your entertainment, there is a Smart TV with Netflix subscription, a DVD player and CD player.
The kitchen area is open to the lounge and is well-equipped with an under-counter fridge, a separate under-counter freezer, an electric fan oven with a 4-ring gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
An oak dining table with 4 upholstered chairs provides for formal or casual dining.
