The panoramic views across the Bay, overlooking the sea from your own spacious private patio are simply breathtaking.
The lounge opens up straight onto the patio and the full-size kitchen contains everything you will need including a Charles & Ray Eames-style table and chairs. The beautifully designed bedroom has a super-comfortable bespoke bed and headboard and the 250-year-old wooden bedroom floor combined with high ceilings makes this space unique. It is complete with a spacious walk-in shower with WC and a gorgeous hand-made wash basin, complimented with beautiful wall taps and hanging beauty lights. The View sleeps two people. The price for The View is £200 per night with a minimum stay of two nights.
BEDROOM
The spacious bedroom contains a bespoke built king-size bed and foam panelled headboard. Dimmable hidden ceiling lights give the room a wonderfully contemporary feel. Beautifully designed Moraceae Hanging Lanterns on each side of the bed cast an elegant and delicate light and the original 250-year-old wooden floor has been fully restored and waxed. A floor-to-ceiling sliding door leads from the bedroom into the shower room. Please note there is no hairdryer provided.
BATHROOM
A sliding door leads to a substantial shower room complete with a spacious walk-in shower. A toilet is located behind the privacy wall.The gorgeous hand-made wash basin is complimented with beautiful wall taps. There are two large dimmable beauty lights on each side of the antique mirror bring a feel of serenity.
KITCHEN
A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave, provides everything you need.The Charles & Ray Eames Style table and chairs make the eating area a really comfortable and fun place to be. The table and chairs sit just below the internal sash window which looks into the lounge.The rubber floor is warm and comfortable underfoot and really compliments the design of the kitchen. It is also one of the greenest floors on the market and has been awarded some of Europe's most prestigious eco certificates.
LOUNGE
The very comfortable lounge has both a settee and armchairs giving you a number of seating options. The wooden floor boards are reclaimed from an old sailing ship and really give the room its character. A large smart TV on the wall is all the entertainment you will need.The lounge is complimented with access to the patio and stunning views out to sea; the very reason why the Apartment is called The View.
PERGOLA
Overlooking the sea and enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing on comfortable garden furniture.Sit in the romantic setting of the Pergola and take in the atmosphere of the Bay.Everything you could wish for is here; it really is a memory-maker.
PATIO
The view from the patio is outstanding.Take in the panoramic views from Ness Point to Ravenscar; truly breathtaking.It is rare that you have an opportunity to observe the Bay like this; a real jewel in the crown.
