This spacious and airy penthouse apartment has gorgeous views across the Esk Valley Situated 3 miles from Whitby in the picturesque village of Sleights, this stylish and comfortable penthouse apartment enjoys fabulous countryside views from every window and sits on the very edge of the North York Moors National Park. There is private off-road parking for 2 cars and the bus stop and mainline railway station are within very easy walking distance. The apartment occupies the whole top floor of Carr View Hall, a delightful grade II listed Georgian building.
Entrance/First Floor
The entrance to the building is light and airy. A single return staircase takes you to the first floor and the door to the apartment. Once inside, there is a hallway where coats & bags can be hung and boots and pushchairs stored. A lovely modern oak staircase (uncarpeted) takes you up to the main part of the apartment.Living Area
The living area is particularly spacious and is open-plan. It comprises a lounge area with 2 sofas, bean bag, coffee table, large Smart TV and WiFi for comfortable nights in. The dining area has a 4-seater solid mango-wood table and 4 comfortable and fully upholstered chairs - equally suited to an informal breakfast or a more formal evening dinner.Kitchen
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a slimline dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also an ample stock of crockery, pans, cookware, cutlery and utensils.Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and hanging hooks for your formal wear. The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.Bathroom
The shower room is fully tiled and comprises a shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
